MPI explains that approved maintenance compounds must be used according to their applicable approval conditions.

Directions for Use

Laundry – Whitening & Stain Removal

For whites and colourfast fabrics:

• Add 125 mL (½ cup) Clorodux to the wash cycle.
• Test fabric first on an inconspicuous area and leave for 2 minutes.
• If there is any colour or fabric change, do not use.
• For soaking, add 125 mL (½ cup) to 9 litres of cold water.
• Soak whites separately.
• Rinse thoroughly.

Kitchen & Food Preparation Areas

Mix:

125 mL Clorodux + 2 litres water

Use the diluted solution to clean, disinfect and deodorise suitable surfaces.

Rinse thoroughly with potable water before food preparation.

Clorodux is labelled as MPI Approved C31 & C41 – All Animal Products Except Dairy. When used in animal-product processing environments, follow the applicable MPI approval conditions and the manufacturer's directions. MPI's current guidance requires food/edible product and food-contact packaging to be removed or protected during applicable C31/C41 use, with food-contact surfaces thoroughly rinsed before production resumes.

Bathrooms – Mould, Mildew & Stains

Mix:

125 mL Clorodux + 2 litres water

Use to clean and remove mould, mildew and stains.

For toilets and drains, use undiluted for odour control and whitening.

Do not mix with acid toilet cleaners.

Paths, Decks, Driveways & Roofs

For moss and mould:

Mix Clorodux 50:50 with water and spray onto the surface.

Leave for up to 3 hours.

For lichen:

Apply Clorodux undiluted.

Always test on an inconspicuous area first and ensure the surface is suitable for bleach treatment.

Drains

Pour Clorodux undiluted into drains to disinfect and help control odours.

Infection Control – Blood & Body Fluid Spills

To make a 1% sodium hypochlorite solution from Clorodux:

200 mL Clorodux + 800 mL water = 1 litre of 1% solution.

Use according to your workplace infection-control procedures.

Rinse the treated area thoroughly with water after cleaning.

Outdoors: Apply directly to moss, mould, or mildew.
